As an experienced counselor with over 25 years successfully helping individuals find solutions I am ready and available to help you. I work with both children and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, complex grief, depression, and trauma. I have a special affinity for individuals with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions, and offer expert therapeutic services to address needs not being met. The focus we take can help with increasing self-acceptance and developing strategies for self-advocacy to reduce social and relationship problems.
As a parent who has raised a special needs child, I have a deep and personal understanding of the challenges that can exist, as well as a strong commitment to helping others gain knowledge and skills that make a difference. I recognize that every individual’s journey is unique and I'm here to provide compassionate and effective care tailored to your needs. Individual Counseling

My counseling services are designed to provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, or life transitions, we will work collaboratively to develop effective coping strategies and foster personal growth to reach your goals.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy for individuals with neurodivergent conditions and emotional disturbance behaviors to address personal and social challenges. My evidence-based approaches empower children and adults to overcome obstacles, enhancing their ability to communicate, and engage with the world around them.

Parent Consultations

I recognize the vital role parents and caregivers play in the therapeutic process. Parent consultations offer guidance and support, equipping you with the tools you need to foster your child’s emotional health and resilience. For parents of special needs students in the educational system I can assist with IEP and 504 advocacy and planning. Together we can create a supportive environment both at school and for your family at home.
